Progressive Insurance’s Road Assist Mobile App

Progressive Insurance policyholders can use the app to request Accident Towing Service, Breakdown Towing Service, Breakdown Minor Service such as Jump start, Battery Replacement, Fuel Delivery or Tyre replacement.
The app takes advantage of the GPS function in smartphone which helps Progressive Insurance Road Assist team to quickly identify the location of the app user. It expedites the arrangement of towing or onsite minor breakdown service for Progressive Insurance’s policyholders.
In accident cases, once the Accident service request is submitted, the case will be updated to Progressive claim department instantly.
App user can also submit photos of own damaged vehicle, third party damaged vehicle, third party details such as Car Plate and IC. The snapped images will be transferred instantly to Progressive.
